Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Nomination and remuneration committee function and duties are conducted by members of the Board of Commissioners appointed by a consensus of the Board of Commissioners to perform the tasks of nomination and remuneration committee. At present, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee consists of 3 (three) members, 1 (one) of whom is the Chairman and member held by an Independent Commissioner, and 2 (two) of whom are members of the Board of Commissioners, namely :
