Audit on the consolidated Financial Statement ending on December 31, 2018 according to the audit standards set by the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants with the intention of providing an opinion whether the Financial Statement and its key points were fairly stated in accordance with the aforementioned accounting standards.
The Auditor planned and executed audit to obtain an adequate certainty that the Financial Statement was free of material errors or misstatements, either by design or by coincidence.
The audit process included verification based on test of control, test of transactions and the supporting documents, and the presentation within the Financial Statement. The audit process also included assessment on the accounting principles used, the significant estimations made by the management, and the overall presentation of the Financial Statement according to the Indonesian Financial Report Standard (PSAK-IFRS).
The rating given by PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo / Indonesia Credit Rating Agency) for the November 12, 2019 to November 1, 2020 period is as follows:
