Indonesian citizen, was born in Jakarta, in 1946. Has been serving as the Company's President Commissioner since 1977 up to the present. He also serves as President Commissioner of PT. Unita Branindo, PT. Torabika Eka Semesta, and PT. Kakao Mas Gemilang, as well as Commissioner of PT. Sinar Pangan Barat and PT. Sinar Pangan Timur.
He was educated at the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University, Jakarta.
His initial appointment as the Company's President Commissioner was based on the Notarial Deed No 49 Year 1990.

He was the Company's Director of Marketing and Administration from 1977 to 1985 andSales Director of PT Inbisco Jaya from 1971 to 1976.
He received his education at the Faculty of Economics of Atmajaya University.
His initial appointment as the Company's Commissioner was based on the Notarial Deed No 5 Year 2010.

He also serves as Commissioner of PT Torabika Eka Semesta, PT Kakao Mas Gemilang and PT Unita Branindo, President Director of PT Sinar Pangan Barat and Director of PT Sinar Pangan Timur. He previously served in the Company as Assistant Director of Finance from 1985 to 1990, Director of Marketing from 1990 to 1996, Director of Marketing and Operations from 1996 to 2000 and as President Director from 2000 to 2011.
He received his education at the Faculty of Economics of Tarumanagara University.
His initial appointment as the Company's Commissioner was based on the Notarial Deed No 16 Year 2011.
Indonesian citizen, was born in Semarang, in 1950. Has been serving as the Company's Commissioner since June 2018 up to the present. Started his career as a Salesman at PT. Roda Mas in 1972 with his last position as Assistant Sales Manager in 1983. He joined PT. Inbisco Niagatama Semesta in 1984 as National Sales Manager until 1999, and then as General Sales Manager from 1999 to 2008. As Sales Director from 2008 to 2015, and then as Company's Senior Advisor.
He received his education at 17 Agustus University, Semarang.
His initial appointment as the Company's Commissioner was based on the Notarial Deed No. 24 Year 2018.
Indonesian citizen, was born in Kudus, in 1945. Has been serving as the Company's Commissioner since 2011 up to the present. He first joined the Company in 1983 as medical personnel until 1990. From 1989 to 1997, he joined the R&D D Team of the Company and PT. Torabika Eka Semesta. He was the Company's R & D consultant from 1997 to 2006. From 1997 to 2009, he held various positions at PT Torabika Eka Semesta with last position as Assistant Director. From 2009 to 2011, he was the Company's production consultant.
He received his education at the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1983.

Mr Anton Hartono and Mr Suryanto Gunawan are the commissioners from outside the Company; have neither direct nor indirect share ownership in the Company; are not affiliated with the Company, with other fellow members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and with the Company's Majority Shareholders. They have neither direct nor indirect business relationship with the Company's business activities.
